Yes. PSE's multi-family incentive covers both the Mysa thermostats and our professional installation labor. There is no invoice to the property or to residents.
Do residents need to use the Mysa app?
No. The thermostat works as a simple up/down wall control out of the box. The app is optional for residents who want scheduling or remote control.
How long does installation take per unit?
About 15 minutes per apartment. With management's help coordinating access, we typically complete up to 100 units per day.
What if a unit is occupied and we can't get in?
We attempt re-entry on a follow-up visit before closing out the project, and we coordinate with management on notice windows that work for residents.
